Marissa Vanderzee, Director.
I’m an ACCA Chartered Accountant with a Practising Certificate, a Cambridge MBA and over 20 years’ experience helping businesses get on top of their finances and grow with confidence.
I’ve held senior finance and operational roles across a wide range of sectors. I genuinely enjoy making accounting and financial management clear, practical and useful for business owners.
I have a strong track record in building and supporting teams and improving financial processes. From start-ups and charities to established businesses in retail, financial services, education and technology, I bring broad experience and a hands-on approach to help businesses run better, make smarter decisions and achieve their goals.
Graham Cowgill, Director.
I bring over 35 years’ experience helping organisations and people succeed in the UK and internationally. I’ve worked across a wide range of settings, initially at a charity then for many years at a multinational retailer. After my MBA I moved into management consulting, supporting businesses of all sizes in a variety of sectors.
Alongside my business background, I hold a Cambridge MBA, I have completed negotiation training at Harvard Law School and coaching training at Oxford University.
This combination means I can help you address the bigger business-wide questions while also helping individuals build confidence and reach their potential.
